I am Simona, fully certified Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor. I trained with the best in the industry, JPilates and I continue my professional development with Joanne through the incredible workshops and courses she runs. I am also a certified Personal Trainer.

I discovered Pilates whilst looking for motivation and creative ways to manage my recurring back, shoulder and knee pain. Pilates has completely changed the way I move and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others find strength and quality in their movement.

My story

Since childhood, I've been passionate about staying active. From dance and cycling, to capoeira and weightlifting, I've explored various avenues of fitness.

However, it was hyper mobility and a series of injuries that led me to discover Pilates. Physio exercises felt mundane, and I needed something more engaging. Pilates not only helped with my injuries but transformed my body shape and how I move.

My approach to teaching Pilates is simple yet effective: attention and patience. I understand the frustration of setbacks and the importance of taking the time to heal properly. So, whether you're recovering from an injury or simply looking to improve your movement patterns, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
